TWILIGHTI wanted to capture variations on the color pink as it occurs naturally in the southern deserts. I grew up visiting the Coral Pink Sand Dunes in southern Utah every summer and attending family reunions just outside of Zion's National Park. There is something mesmerizing about how the sun lights up the orange sandstone and turns the world to an ethereal pink right at twilight. It was always one of my favorite times to sit and contemplate the natural splendor I was surrounded by.
