SMOKEY HORIZONLight creates beauty, even when seen through the lens of disaster. Wildfire season gives us a unique opportunity to be inspired by how it changes the lightscape we are familiar with as much as with the destruction it leaves in its wake. Whether by the glowing fires at night or the way the smoke reflects and filters the light from the sun during the day, there is something alluring about this natural act of violence.
