WALKWAYPainted over two days during a local plein air competition, this piece captures the soft quiet of a summer morning in a small cemetery. The sun filtered through the trees, illuminating the remembrance flowers left from the holiday. I wanted to capture that peaceful stillness of morning—the sense of warmth, reflection, and how the colors of those flowers shimmered like soft bokeh across the grass.
